All of the products available from our online store are made to order  specifically for the buyer and we do not accept returns.

We accept cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Personalized orders may not be cancelled or changed if we have already started the process of making.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges unless the product has been personalized, like monogrammed names.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@glorioushomedecor.com to ensure the item you like to replace with your purchased item is available.

Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and shipping the new items. The fastest way to start the processing of an exchange, is to place an order for the new products and while we are processing your order, you can send the item you like to exchange back.

The returned item must be in the same condition that you received them and should not be used, damaged or dirty.

In case of loss of the returned item during the shipping, we will not issue a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
