Processing time

All of the products available from our online store are made to order and there will be a processing time/ turnaround which is the time it take us to prepare your order. the processing time for each product is available on the product page. For all the custom orders, the turnaround will be advised according to the volume of the job and the availability of the selected materials.

Shipping time

The shipping time is the time it takes the shipping companies to deliver your package from the time of lodgement/ pick up.

As the pandemic has impacted the shipping times all around the world, the estimated shipping time will be updated according to the changes in the circumstances. 

Estimated delivery times as of January 2021 are as follows for standard postal service through Australia Post office:

Australia: 6-10 business days
North America: 10-30 business days
Europe: 10-30 business days\
